Ronnie is the BEST! I recently purchased a car through Ronnie Bogle at Concord Cars, South Bend location. Recently going through a tragedy and then needing a car quickly I recently purchased a car through Ronnie Bogle at Concord Cars, South Bend location. Recently going through a tragedy and then needing a car quickly were both unexpected. To say I was hesitant and dreading the process is an understatement. That is, until being in contact with Ronnie. My experience started by searching online vehicles and requesting more information regarding a couple cars. Ronnie quickly responded with an email. Which oddly enough, turned out to be the way best form of communication for us. My guard was up and I didn't have the energy nor desire to go through the process of the "car buying game" to get the best possible deal. That all changed as soon as his first email to me was polite, non pushy attitude showed through. He put me at complete ease. He answered all my questions quickly while providing answers to questions I hadn't known I needed answers to. Ronnie was extremely patient, kind, and honest. Yes, honest. He treated me like family, was genuine and compassionate to my situation. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible and I am forever greatful. Ronnie is one of a kind. He treated me as if I were a family member and he was car shopping with me to protect me. I asked him if he had been in the military and he said yes, that he still is. I told him it shows through his respectful demeanor. He credits his parents, family upbringing and the military is a bonus. I love how he gives credit to his parents for instilling morals and respect in him. The 1 and only regret I have through this experience is not meeting him earlier. Ronnie made this such a great experience. I love, love, love my new car. My car is perfect. I can't believe I'm driving my car. It was a fast, easy and very fun process. I've already given out his number to many people. They are all surprised at how I had such a positive, honest, fun experience buying a car. Although I think it shocks me the most.
