Came in on Thursday, left with a Car on Saturday I had the pleasure of working with Kevin at Concord Cars. I been in an accident at the beginning of the month which has rendered my car a "total loss" I had the pleasure of working with Kevin at Concord Cars. I been in an accident at the beginning of the month which has rendered my car a "total loss" and my rental car coverage was about to expire. This left me 4 days to buy a car. I explained my situation, and even though I showed up on a bitterly cold day, Kevin showed me the cars I was interested in and gave me his input on each one. I was very happy with the customer service as well as the easy financing process; they took care of it all for me right in the office and got me a great interest rate through a local credit union. Any questions I had during the process were quickly answered, and the rest of the team was just as friendly. I would definitely recommend Concord Cars and am very happy with my 2016 Versa Note.
