Had several warning lights on. Brought car to service dept., was told they were to busy and I would have to make an appointment for 2 days later. Brought vehicle in at scheduled time and informed service person that lights had since gone out, but I had developed a hesitation on acceleration and asked that it be checked and also see if there were any codes in memory regarding the recent warning lights. An hour later the car was returned with the oil change done but nobody checked for codes or hesitation. Car returned to service area and later returned. At this point I was informed there was an oil leak fron the cam carrier that was affecting the igntition coil and causing a misfire in piston three. They told me I neede a complete engine seal at a cost of $3500.oo More

I was satisfied with Rye Subaru dealership until the last service in December 2022. I brought my car for the 18,000 miles inspection and battery check. The front desk told me that I have to tow the car when it doesn’t start, instead of recharging the battery and drive the car (service advisor: Paula Mejia). More
