I had a loud grinding sound in my brakes and worried I needed to replace them. Ended up my brakes were fine. I likely got a pebble or salt in the rotors which caused the noise. My biggest complaint is that I never received a survey after the servicing. I bought a previous Subaru from Westchester Subaru and ALWAYS got a survey. This company fails to send the survey when the customer is dissatisfied. The manager does not respond to phone calls. Brandon Tucker from Subaru of America told me the dealerships are independently owned so they cannot control who gets a survey. Run any numbers and you will have complaints. In my situation, it could have easily been resolved if I was told up front my issue was not under warranty . The extended warranty I paid extra for. But its how the complaint was handled that upsets me. My advise is to go to another dealer. More
