I have been a loyal customer at Rye Subaru for 3 years, after buying my CPO Crosstrek there. Their costs are very high, but after spening thousands each year, one would think there'd be some reciprocal loy after buying my CPO Crosstrek there. Their costs are very high, but after spening thousands each year, one would think there'd be some reciprocal loyalty! A brake light was out and the charged almost $50 to change it! Almost $40 was labor cost... for a lightbulb??!!!Also, most times when I get home and read over the car's report card, I find issues that needed attention that were not discussed with me. Also, this recent time, there was a mistake on what work was done. I am starting to re-think whether or not I should go to Rye Subaru for the work on my car! More
