Car was brought in three times for air conditioning before it was fixed and regular maintenance. Car floor was left dirty and customer service reps were unhelpful and even worse on the phone. Although he was the only salesperson on the floor that day (someone called in sick), Osman was got my car registered, helped me secure insurance and reviewed all the car’s features with me.
