Rydell car detail service is garbage We paid $189 for the full detail on our chrysler 300. Left the car all day, when we went to pick it up it looked like my 3 year old cleaned it. They v We paid $189 for the full detail on our chrysler 300. Left the car all day, when we went to pick it up it looked like my 3 year old cleaned it. They vaccuumed the car and they never shampooed the carpets, never cleaned the gum off the seat were my daughters car seat was and they didnt even clean the back of the seats. The manager tried to fix this but there was too much to do so he asked if we would leave it over night. We didnt so we scheduled a follow up appointment. Left the car for another 8 hours, guess what... gum still on the seats, windows still had finger prints on them and the backs of the seats still had dirt on them because they werent wiped down! I wouldnt recommend this detail/car wash to anyone! Waste of time gas and money. Thanks for nothing rydell More

Curtious, friendly servive that met my pacific needs I work very long hours away from home and find it difficult to make an appointment with anyone. I went to Rydell Chevrolet for service on my 2007, 25 I work very long hours away from home and find it difficult to make an appointment with anyone. I went to Rydell Chevrolet for service on my 2007, 2500 Duramax pickup at 2:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon. The service manager Ken was very helpful in listening to my problem, an engine light on that had been giving me problems for some time. Ken let me bring my truck in and he personally hooked his computer up and read the stored information off the truck. Ken talked the mechanic and told me the problem and what it would cost to fix. Rydell fixed my truck and had me on my way by 4:45 pm. Zach Sieracki even added the cost of some additional parts I wanted from the parts department to the service bill that I already had making the payment under one transaction. Very pleased with all personnel and service. More

He asked what we were interested in and to be honest, we were not positive at that moment! He sat down and we just talked, discussed our pricing range, everything we were looking for in a vehicle. He did not push at all, he truly was there to help us get what we needed and what we could afford. He is not a pressure salesman by no means. My husband John has worked in the service dept at different dealerships over the years and he said, " This is by far the most pleasing experience he has ever had dealing with a vehicle salesman. That speaks volumes for A.J.! We both plan to spread the word to go see A.J. for ANY vehicle needs! We are extremely pleased with our purchase, with the entire encounter. Thank you sooooooo much. I'm sorry, I do not remember the name of the gentleman who helped with our financing, but he to was amazing :) More
