Very upsetting situation!! Felt taken advantage of! Bought a vehicle for over $10k and it was going to need over $1000 worth of work right away! If I could have given 0 stars I Felt taken advantage of! Bought a vehicle for over $10k and it was going to need over $1000 worth of work right away! If I could have given 0 stars I would have, I finally found a vehicle I liked in my price range and they wouldn't even budge on trying to help me get the mechanical issues of it fixed. I wasn't asking them to fix the broken door handle or give me a second set of keys those I was going to do on my own. I wanted the mechanical issues that would cost me more money in the very near future. More

Gary Ramberg My 2003 Yukon XL had a front wheel bearing go out on Sunday. Aug. 13 on my way to Grand Forks. I had never been to Grand Forks before so did not real My 2003 Yukon XL had a front wheel bearing go out on Sunday. Aug. 13 on my way to Grand Forks. I had never been to Grand Forks before so did not really know what to do. I located Rydell Chev. and got my vehicle there early Monday morning. I was greeted by Gary Ramberg who listened to my problem and set to work to help me out. He took my car in, even though I had no appointment, he kept me informed of the work on the car, he called and let me know of the work completion. I was very pleased with Gary and his willingness to help me out in a tough situation. His helpfulness was much appreciated. When we test drove it you could here sounds but the dealer made it seem like nothing. (Knowing that there was something extremely wrong with the car) Dealer didn't want me to drive on interstate so we didn't on the test drive. Now I know why he didn't want us to drive on it, the car can't even handle going 55 miles per hour. Car should have been less because of the repairs needed. Dealer said that the car just got fixed and the oil is changed and everything. (He lied) Dealer told me to bring it in if there was a problem, then when I went in, said he never said that (he lied AGAIN) and that he couldn't fix the car's problems. Worst experience ever, and I will make sure not to go to Jim Warmack next time. More

He is so helpful and considerate (I brought my 2 yr old with both times), and really makes the car buying experience a pleasure versus a chore. He is the friendly face and service that I affiliate with Rydell and I highly recommend him. Both cars are very good too; both were preowned, engines are in good shape, vehicles are clean and comfortable. I strongly recommend Rydell to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and great service!
