I have a certified GM vehicle and thought the dealership would be the best place to get my oil changed. I have had the oil changed there three times and every time they have messed up. The first time some would be the best place to get my oil changed. I have had the oil changed there three times and every time they have messed up. The first time someone forgot to tighten a screw on my oil pan so that when I went to check the oil after driving 200 miles there wasn't any oil on my dipstick. The next time someone misinstalled my engine cover so that it was making funny noises and I had to bring it into the shop for them to figure out what was wrong. Finally this last time, the tech overfilled my brake fluid and coolant because he or she did not know how to correctly measure it. So when I looked at the report I thought something was wrong with my car and had to bring it in again. Everytime I reported these issues I was told "mistakes happen" or "it was a training issue but has been resolved." Do not take your car here for an oil change unless you want to plan on taking in afterwards to have a screw up fixed. More
When we went to Rydell we knew we wanted to test drive a couple of vehicles so went right to the office. Dale was there and willing to help us right away. He took the time to care about what we wanted from a vehicle and did not try to just sell us the more expensive car. Dale said it was important that we were happy. The price seemed reasonable and they explain their policy of not negotiating prices to us upfront, so we were informed. Overall, everyone we dealt with there was very friendly, wanted to get to know what we were interested in, and introduced us to others at the dealership. All of our questions were answered and no one seemed annoyed with us even though we didn't finish all of our paperwork until well after closing time. Also, Chris took the time to explain everything well for the paperwork so we understood our warranties and such. Dale even called a couple days later to see how we were liking the vehicle and to make sure we were not having any problems or questions yet. Very nice people and great service! More
My wife and I needed to have some body work done on our 2007 Toyota Corolla. The estimate process was efficient and friendly. The work done on the car made it look better than when we first purchased this vehicle. They even washed and vacuumed the vehicle before we picked it up. Great attention to detail. It looks like service matters still at some businesses. Finally, Rydell's body shop took care of all the insurance contacts, making this a hassle free process. I hope I don't need body work done on my cars in the future, but if I do Rydell's will be where I go to have the work done. More
Craig was very professioanl and worked with us to secure the vehicle we wanted. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know them he found them out for us. He had a few repairs done for us that we noted and when we found that it vibrated at about 55mph he had the service dept. check it out and found it was probably the tires and he is going to have them replaced. When we picked up the car he went through the different features that we did not know about and was very experienced in sales and customer service. He was super friendly. He even told us to call if we had questions. He is a true professional. More

I want to say that I am absolutely pleased with the way I was treated at the Rydells Auto Collision Center. I did not have an appointment and they looked at my damage and made an assessment and a fix right o was treated at the Rydells Auto Collision Center. I called on Friday afternoon and told the dealership that I would be coming from Mpls metro area to look at a auto. They called me during my travel and confirmed who to ask for on Saturday at 8am. Let us drive the autos of our choice and were very friendly and helpful. Our trip was a success and we were able to leave the dealership with the 02 buick regal that I had seen on the website. It was in excellent shape and drove wonderfully. Jeff made us comfortable to ask any questions and Craig helped us through all the financing-he has a lot of patience! I was always informed on what I was signing, or reading, and when he was busy I was left in the nice lounge and had snacks and drinks available for me. I thought the used car prices were alright for a dealer but I understand they have to make money. I would definitely reccomend Rydells to a friend. More
