Ryan was the first salesmen I met. I was pretty specific about what I was looking for. He listened incredibly well and responded to all of my concerns. Just for comparison, I asked about what other similar vehicles were on the lot. He was straight forward about what else the dealership had and why it might or might not be a good fit based on the information I had already shared. In short, he responded to exactly what I was asking for rather than trying to sell me something more than my needs. Ryan was thorough without being pushy. Overall it was great sales experience. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Superb experience purchasing our Pathfinder Patience, understanding our unique circumstances, and going the extra mile -- these all describe Steve Mueller and the staff at Russ Darrow Nissan in Patience, understanding our unique circumstances, and going the extra mile -- these all describe Steve Mueller and the staff at Russ Darrow Nissan in West Bend. Because we wanted to tow a small RV, we needed a towing package and class 3 hitch. And since we ride a tandem recumbent, we needed to know if our current bicycle could fit inside the Pathfinder. And then there was the Midnight Pine color -- it is beautiful. To top it off, I'm 6'5" tall, and really did not want to give up any headroom to a moonroof. In most other SUVs, that means giving up on all the bells and whistles -- not so with Nissan! Finding a vehicle that met all of our desires meant locating one about 300 miles away. Steve and the staff found it ! We couldn't be happier with the process. We are tickled with the price too! Matt, in the Finance department, was patient and willing to answer my numerous questions. To top it all off, Steve and Nissan helped us with cargo mat, roof crossbars, and some touch-up paint (Hopefully we never need it!). The Service department answered all my questions about the CVT and potential issues, giving us confidence that we were purchasing a reliable vehicle, for the rugged duty cycle we will put it through. During the negotiation process, we had one evening with a prior commitment at 5:15 PM. Steve and his manager, Tom, worked quickly, not playing a bunch of silly games, and got us the first round of pricing, so that we could make our meeting on time. All-in-all, my wife and I are extremely pleased with the service we received from Steve and the staff at Russ Darrow Nissan in West Bend. We would recommend them to others. (P.S. Ask Steve about how the fuel cap interlocks with the driver's side door locks -- pretty slick!) More

We weren’t even going to buy a car! I walked in wanting to see a specific car that I had seen on autotrader’s app, and I hadn’t driven an Explorer yet.
