Showroom looks awesome, very comfortable and welcoming. Our finance lady Dana, she was very knowledgeable and quick about handling our paperwork, we give her a 5. The wait time scored only a 3, that is what needs to improve and I don't blame Dana for doing her job. She was great. Volume is better for both businesses and customers alike and with that being said. Take my advice and please hire a second finance officer.
