Fast and courteous and thorough This was my first visit to Nissan of West Bend. I had made an appointment earlier the same day. The service advisor was knowledgeable and courteous This was my first visit to Nissan of West Bend. I had made an appointment earlier the same day. The service advisor was knowledgeable and courteous to his co-workers who had their various roles. I was directed to a clean waiting area where I went to read a book. Someone came out and showed me how to operate the fancy coffee machine. After a half hour or so another person came out and explained the work performed and how it was billed. I came in with an online coupon which they applied. There was no attempt to over-sell, but the advisor suggested what might need attention on my next visit. Then I paid the cashier, walked over to the heated area where the vehicle was waiting (it was minus 7 degrees outside). They raised the door for me and off I drove. Altogether a good experience! More
