Communication was poor between Joe and I. I was told a different price and was surprised at the total when I went to pick up the car. Visited the dealership on 6/19/24 for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arriving for my 7:30 a.m. appointment I was greeted by a very friendly service writer who took my information and told me my car tire rotation. Upon arriving for my 7:30 a.m. appointment I was greeted by a very friendly service writer who took my information and told me my car would be taken into the shop shortly, before heading to the waiting area I asked the service writer to have the person check the air in my tires and my brake pads in which he replied all of all those things are automatically checked with each visit plus washer fluid and air filter. Due to previous disappointments at this dealership, I took my usual seat at the counter which has a window overseeing the service department. My Pathfinder was pulled in right away as promised and the young man proceeded to change my oil and check the tread depth of my tires and to my surprise pulled my vehicle out of the garage without performing any other services. At this point I go see the service writer and he tells me my car is done, at that point I tell him no its not, how could he check my brakes without taking my tires off besides not rotating them along with the air not being checked air filter not checked and washer fluid not filled. At this same time this person comes walking by the service writers' desk and he asked him why he didn't rotate the tires and tells him to check the air in the tires and check the brakes. Now back to my seat I go and my vehicle is brought in a second time for the rest of the services. And lord behold he takes the front tire on the driver's side off checks the brake goes to the passenger's side removes the tire checks that brake and puts the tire back on the same axle, at this point I'm irate and head out to service desk and see the service manager Paul, who I start explaining what was going on here as my service writer comes by and ask if there was problem and I told him what this Harvard graduate just did now and he said he seen it to and corrected the problem. All in all, the service manager looked like a deer with headlights never offered and apology and seemingly could have cared less. In closing I never did have my air filter checked, washer fluid filled, and I had to go back in before I left to get a new tag for the next oil change and didn't get my complimentary car wash. Bottom line I have purchased my last three Nissan's at this dealership, and it will be my last other than the three free oil changes coming you will not see me in that place, it's a nightmare. I assume after this review they will probably block the view of the service garage so people can't see what's going on. More
