I received excellent service from the service manager. Work completed, included oil change, tire rotation, and temp repair for recall. Only concern I have os the service manager seemed to be sick. She coughed and sniffled while I stood at service desk. We both wore masks, but in a pandemic, she should not have gone to work sick. I hope Russ Darrow provides paid sick days, so employees don't have to choose between paying bills and spreading disease vs staying home to get well and not spread disease. More

I have taken my new Nissan here a couple of times for I have taken my new Nissan here a couple of times for warranty repairs, extremely slow service and apparently only one person can check you in even t I have taken my new Nissan here a couple of times for warranty repairs, extremely slow service and apparently only one person can check you in even though two other people are available to check in. Expect to be there for an hour and a half minimum for a scheduled appointment even if they don’t do anything. More
