I was happy to hear that if I ordered the parts, they should be one day out so I wouldn’t be waiting forever. Standard oil change I asked up front if they had any discounts on oil changes. They said no, and because I was in the area I decided to fork out the $40. Fair but not the quality I expected I have a 2 1/2 year old car that broke down and no loaner was provided and all issues were not addressed. Now I have to take my vehicle to a neighborhood repair to get license put back on car. I feel for my inconvenience of having a vehicle under warranty break down for a defective part I should have been offered a complementary service such as an oil change and a loaner vehicle to use while I had to wait for the necessary part to be shipped in. This is a $50,000.00 truck. There is no way I should be making repairs already. My biggest concern is 5 years ago my sister had a Nissan Rogue and it slowed down on the highway just like mines and is this an ungoing problem for your vehicles and am I safe in this vehicle. I was told there is no quarantee this want happen again. More
