Did not follow through Had work done on my car. Asked service guy if I could have my car washed after the work was done. He said sure.Picked up my car after paying the bill, Had work done on my car. Asked service guy if I could have my car washed after the work was done. He said sure.Picked up my car after paying the bill, started to drive home, then realized that they did not wash it after all. Cannot remember service guys name. More

Shocked by parts that have failed and costs. Invoice was about $600. Declined $1,700 In non critical Additional repairs Other customers had bills between $500-$700 or more. Even a woman who c Invoice was about $600. Declined $1,700 In non critical Additional repairs Other customers had bills between $500-$700 or more. Even a woman who came in for an oil change ended up getting a moon roof replaced under warranty. Serious concerns about Nissan quality. Prior usually durable parts have failed. Like shifter and the knob on top of it Dash $1300. Struts replaced twice at our expense and once on warrantee and then we stopped. More
