Bruce Carrick and Rush Darryl dealership is very prejudice and they choose not to honor Mazda warranty my Mazda warranty for my vehicle prejudice and they choose not to honor Mazda warranty my Mazda warranty for my vehicle More
Deal was finalized as I thought, I put the requested deposit down. All requested documents. Signed all necessary documents, got the keys. Then I was told that it was an issue with the lender. 2 days lat deposit down. All requested documents. Signed all necessary documents, got the keys. Then I was told that it was an issue with the lender. 2 days later after hanging up on me twice when I called inquiring about the status, was told it was sold. I feel that they were not professional and they could or should have been straight forward with me instead of leading me on. I don't have the best credit but they told me it was all good. More

I was interested in making a cash purchase of a 2025 CPO Mazda 3. The internet published sticker price was $25,817. I offered to pay that price plus the doc fee, county taxes, title, and plate transfer fe Mazda 3. The internet published sticker price was $25,817. I offered to pay that price plus the doc fee, county taxes, title, and plate transfer fees. The offer they presented had Xilion protection (a more the $3k add) and etching (a $499 add). A note on the etching; when first I viewed the car the salesperson pointed out what he said was security etching in/on the metal seam of the hatch. This is not dealer VIN etching; it's a body panel laser etch that Mazda applies at the factory for all their vehicles. VIN etching is applied to glass panels somewhere on the car. I'll also note that almost all modern cars have the VIN's located in at least 4 to 5 locations on the car already and adding another copy of the VIN is almost worthless. They refused to remove these junk price adds (said they couldn't) even after I repeatedly said I didn't want them (though they did reduce the cost of the adds). Their supposed Out The Door (OTD) price was still about $1k more than the sticker plus "normal" fees and taxes. So effectively their advertised price was artificially low just to get people in the door. I will note that the salesperson himself acted professionally, other than lying about the vehicle etching. Additionally, when I had to have the obligatory meeting with the salesperson's manager, he stopped over, shook my hand, said have a nice evening, and was gone in about 5 seconds. He didn't even give me his name. For a more than a week they kept following up and I renewed my offer to pay sticker plus the doc fee, tax, title, registration, and plate transfer fees. They refused, which is ultimately the dealer's prerogative, but I find Russ Darrow's practices highly deceptive. I even received a call from the salesperson asking if I wanted to move forward with the purchase after they sold the car. How is it possible that I knew the car was sold and removed from their site, but the salesperson didn't know. I and my family will be avoiding Russ Darrow for all our future vehicle purchases. More
Oil was overfilled by a half Quart, not good. Coolant was below the bottom add mark and was not topped off during the oil change. Everyone was very polite and helpful but I have no confidence in Coolant was below the bottom add mark and was not topped off during the oil change. Everyone was very polite and helpful but I have no confidence in the technical ability and attention to detail of the service staff. More
