Was amazing. came a week earlier than my appointment as my oil started to get really low. Helped me with no hesitation and got me in and out within an hour. Very friendly. Even took the new Wagoneer for a my oil started to get really low. Helped me with no hesitation and got me in and out within an hour. Very friendly. Had the Cherokee in for an oil filter lube plus transmission check, OLF done free of charge as part of the original purchase. Software update on the transmission also done free of charge on warrant transmission check, OLF done free of charge as part of the original purchase. Software update on the transmission also done free of charge on warranty. I am pleased with the service and the service writer John V. who understood the transmission issue. The service tech Sean W. included very helpful notes on the service ticket including the TSB number. All in all, this was a very pleasant experience! More
