Selling recall used vehicles without telling the buyer I brought 2010 Chrysler 300 touring that am satisfied with my salesman was great as well as the Russ Darrow staff. My problem I brought a vehicle that I brought 2010 Chrysler 300 touring that am satisfied with my salesman was great as well as the Russ Darrow staff. My problem I brought a vehicle that has a recall on it. There were two history reports one at the dealership showed a clean history and the other history report that was left inside my vehicle showed the recall. I talk with the used car department supervisor and explained to him about my finding; he stated the company had no knowledge about the recall on my vehicle, which I believe that mistakes can happen. I asked if I can return it since I had 3 day exchange. I was informed by the used car supervisor I was over my 3 days. I stated I brought the vehicle on Friday June 12, 2015 when the banks were closed and Saturday June 13, 2015 is not a business day. The supervisor stated to me the time doesn’t matter even if the bank is closed on Friday it still counts for that day and Saturday is considered a business day for the dealership. I informed him that type of recall R25 driver side airbag inflator worried me, the Supervisor stated the vehicle should be safe to drive and their is no law against the dealerships and Wisconsin to sell used vehicle with recalls on them and we don't have to disclose that information to the buyer. Buyers remorse. Paid asking price for used dodge minivan. One of the headlamps failed within 2 hours of ownership. Check engine light came on within 28.5 miles of d Paid asking price for used dodge minivan. One of the headlamps failed within 2 hours of ownership. Check engine light came on within 28.5 miles of driving. Was told service department might work with me on it but the sales manager told me I should have bought the extended warranty. Took it to my preferred mechanic. It was a bad radiator thermostat. The thermostat was so badly damaged that it made me wonder if the check engine light was reset before the sale. Back at Russ Darrow today to get horn fixed. It did not work when I bought the vehicle. They promised to fix it. I had to call numerous times and they finally found the paperwork regarding. 1:00 pm appointment. When I arrived service man stated two cars came in at that time so I would have to wait 2 hours before they would get to my repair. I thought that is what appointments were for. I guess not since this repair is on Darrow and not me. More of my previous off time wasted. I was offered a ride home in the courtesy vehicle. It is now almost 2 hours later and I'm still waiting for the ride...hmmm. I think they forgot about me. This is the second AND LAST TIME I will ever buy a vehicle from the Darrow group. The sales man was good though. I am just holding my breath waiting for more to go wrong. I have Russ Darrow a second chance. NEVER AGAIN. More
