Worst car buying experience ever. These people called and returned calls within 10 minutes before I bought the vehicle and were very polite. After purchasing the vehicle, I called about problems with the veh returned calls within 10 minutes before I bought the vehicle and were very polite. After purchasing the vehicle, I called about problems with the vehicle and received 0 return calls. Every time I call, these people are with a customer. I leave a message and never receive a return call. Was also sold service plans by Sam who made it seem like it was included with the purchase. She in no way mentioned the cost of these service plans or the term of them. All she said was, "If your car is stolen and not found within 30 days, you will get $5000." She forgot to mention, "Oh, by the way, this will cost $200." Also "If you ever drive over a pothole and your tires go bad, they will be replaced at no charge." Forgot to mention, "By the way, it'll cost $450 dollars for this." Who's car is ever stolen and not found within a week? Why would I pay $450 for tire coverage when new tires probably cost $450? These people are snakes out only to get your money. Make sure if you do purchase a vehicle from them, ask if anything they offer you will cost extra. More
Long story short, I had my Charger looked at by "Wayne" the service adviser. After driving the car for less than a half a block I noticed that it had the same problem i brought it in for. When I asked them to take it back and look at it because it was still messed up they refused to even look at it saying they did all they could do. They charged me $400 for work they said they did and after taking it to another Dodge dealership it turns out they performed no work on the car. I'll be contacting the BBB. More
