Waste of time! We went in to look at a used car we found online. When we got there we were told that it was no longer available. We asked about a new car that was al We went in to look at a used car we found online. When we got there we were told that it was no longer available. We asked about a new car that was also on the internet and that one also was gone. They offered a similar new car, however it was more expensive and did not have all the same options. Eventually they found a certified used car that fit what we wanted, however it was at another dealer. After several rounds of negotiating a price in which we had revealed a hidden cost for a protection package that we didn't want and after refusing to put money down on a car we never saw, they agreed to transfer the car the next day. The car arrived an hour and a half late and after a test drive (and several more hours waiting around) we were told it was not a certified used car and had no warranty. That was the last straw! More

Techs cannot even loosen & tighten lug nuts properly My mother went there to have her lug nuts loosened and tightened on her jeep as they were over torqued. They charged her around 6 hours of labor that costed $400 (for lugnuts... note: we already had tried going to other dealers and no one could take us), so whatever we went with it. The clueless tech that worked on our Jeep over-torqued it again! After calling there they claimed they couldn't take us to fix their idiotic issue because they were "too busy", so we went to Russ Darrow Nissan and they fixed the lug nuts for us this time for free in about 10-20 minutes. So, we went back to this dealership to receive a refund and they claimed they made no mistakes because their senior tech was working on our vehicle. They called Nissan and Nissan told them they indeed did over torque our lug nuts and that they made a mistake. They had the audacity to tell us we would not receive a refund or any money back. My mother has tried calling the manager who has been avoiding her for a while now. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone unless you want your engine blown by idiotic techs who cannot even loosen and tighten lug nuts. All they had to do was refund us SOME money back, they wont even do that, and their salesmen are complete jerks and just flat out not helping her and giving a snobby attitude. We want our money back now. More

Screwed by Russ Darrow Jeep Zakk my salesperson was great. The support behind him was down right poor. Zakk and I agreed on a price but Russ Darrow didn't have the car. They had 2 cars they were going to buy to fulfill my request. Both of these cars got bought before they could purchase them. The process was dragging along slower than they promised so I asked if I could get my deposit back and move on. I talked to Dave who said they could get a car by the next week. I waited and the car they got was sold to me for $600 higher than the price we agreed on. Dave wouldn't reply to any of my inquiries and didn't help Zakk out at all. I wouldn't recommend Russ Darrow to anyone as they won't honor the price you agreed upon with the salesperson. I am very disappointed and wish I was able to get my desposit back to go to a more stand up place. More

I made an appointment for next day to see some pre-owned cars and required a pick up. They agreed with giving me a pick up, but in the second day, I waited until the time for picking up, no shuttle came. I called them, they said sent a shuttle immediately. Whatever, I called 3-4 times and every time they said sent a shuttle immediately. BUT NO any shuttle really came, it was totally wasting my FOUR hours that day. They required me to fill up the finance application first. I didn't see the car, didn't choose a car, why I should fill up the finance application. I did the finance application, they kept saying they didn't receive my application, but I had received a confirmation email from their email address. Until I forward the confirmation email to them, I immediately admitted they received my finance application. It is like a suspect, if you don't show them the proof, they would never admit. I was mad on them because they totally waste my time. I called them and said nobody should run a business in this way! They said they'd like to send me a car in next day. Next day, I was late one and half hour to pick me up. I hadn't seen any car when I arrived there first and they kept asking me to fill up this form and that form. I hadn't seen the car, I wasn't sure I would buy or not, why I should fill up this and that! Eventually, I saw some cars. Later, they tried to force me to buy a new car whatever. They said either I signed the contract that day and drive the car home, or I think a way to go home because they are about to close. I told them I liked the car, but for respectfully, I really needed to talk with my parents and think about it coz my parents paid it for me. Also, buying a car is not buy a piece of cake or food.Yes, they picked me up and didn't give me a ride home eventually! Really xxxxty. Worst car buying experience ever!!! Think about you purchase a car or anything else there, if the car has any problem in the future, they may just ignore you! More

The sales people, it took 5 of them to finalize a sale, were not dressed professionally, did not keep appointments or return calls, and did not keep their word saying one price for a trade in and then lowering significantly to another. Finally, one salesman was helpful at the end to complete the deal AFTER I WAITED OVER 3 1/2 HOURS!!!!! Would definitely NOT recommend this dealership. More
