2015 Dodge Challenger Brought my car in for a rubbing sound in the rear differential. Tech could hear it and said it wasn't normal. 6 hrs later they found it low on fluid a Brought my car in for a rubbing sound in the rear differential. Tech could hear it and said it wasn't normal. 6 hrs later they found it low on fluid and it needed more friction modifier. Said it wasn't covered under warranty and put it back together. Worst service experience I've ever had. More

Darrow comes through but almost doesn't If it wasn't for Drew in the Service department, my initial experience would have caused my to leave in anger. You see Russ Darrow's Service area has a serious flaw; they don't discriminate between people (like me with an appointment) and those that just drop in. What people do is jockey their vehicles into two lined in front of the service bay doors in hopes of "being first" at 8:00 AM when the doors open. When I simply walked in, I almost got run over from the mad rush. I ended up waiting for 15 minutes for idiot customers who had no appointment; just to drop off my vehicle. Darrow needs signage on the garage door that disuades drop-ins from gumming up the works with no appointment. More
