Low mileage 2017 Jeep grand Cherokee purchase Started search on Internet where I found the vehicle I purchased. Brittany followed up with an email and a call to answer any of my questions & how c Started search on Internet where I found the vehicle I purchased. Brittany followed up with an email and a call to answer any of my questions & how could she assist me and verifying vehicle availability. Set up appt to view the vehicle. Gary Smith confirmed my appt. time with him. Met Gary and test drove car with him. He explained the Jeeps features and controls while I was test driving it. He was very informative with no sales pressure. He asked if I liked the car and if I was going to consider trading in my car. Told him I liked the car and would consider a trade in. He asked how much I wanted for my car. He chked my car out and said they couldn’t certify my car so they weren’t interested in trading it. He asked what I wanted to do I said what’s your bottom price on the car. He said it was a no negotiation sale price. I felt it was a decent price slightly under another similar car I was interested in. I told him to write it up. Credit process went well credit Mgr was very informative going through the paperwork. No pressure to buy the extended warranty I purchased. just compared the options. Purchase process took longer then I budgeted as I had a business appt an hour away. Gary was trying to do his best to get me out of there. Putting the new license plates on and handing me one key for the car. I told him I absolutely needed a spare key with a 2017 vehicle. He said there wasn’t one with this vehicle. I got upset and went to Chad the Mgr and insisted I get a spare key. That it should have had one already. He said it didn’t come with one. After some additional conversation he did agree to furnish one. Everyone at the dealership acted professionally and worked with my best interest in mind. More
