Nice sales agent, mediocre dealership My agent seemed rather nice, but inexperienced. As with most dealerships, the high pressure tactics to push the financing and warranty are annoying. I think I got an average deal on the used car I purchased. I was disappointed in the condition of it though. During the test drive, we found crackers and crumbs covering the bottom of the center console. Oil change stickers from the previous owner were still on the window, and their CD was still in the player. It is clear no attempt to clean or detail the vehicle was made. Had I not checked, I would not have received the jack and lug wrench which are essential safety features for any car. More

Fast oil change I brought my car in for an oil change and used the express lane. It was a Saturday late afternoon and I wasn’t sure if it would be a quick trip. The only issues were that I didn’t find the usual decal most places put in your car telling you when the next oil change is. I was quoted one price but the end result was different with no explanation. I told Lee that I never had a light come on warning me I needed an oil change like some vehicles have only had a light that said low oil pressure. It would have been nice to be shown where I can find that on my vehicle. But other then that he was pleasant to work with. More
