Manipulated and Lied to My experience wasn't very good. Afterwards, felt very manipulated and lied to. First off, I brought my children along for the signing and pickup, they My experience wasn't very good. Afterwards, felt very manipulated and lied to. First off, I brought my children along for the signing and pickup, they were excited about a new family car. The dealership searched 6 financial institutions for a loan and had a rate over 2% what I found myself. When I presented this, it caused over 2.5 hours of sitting and waiting for paperwork, all the while the financial manager is trying to find ways to add money or say my pre-approval was wrong for some reason. First it wasn't covering a 'used '18' even though it was the first thing on the letter. Next the loan wouldn't cover all the added fees, then saying if I put $500 money down, they would lower the cost of the car $500 so it would work out. That's where the math and explanations get fuzzy. My salesman went home for the day so couldn't refer to him and what we negotiated. By this time, the kids were bored, hungry, and just wanting to go home. New car excitement gone. When I looked at the odometer for test drive and when it was delivered the next day, had over 80 miles difference. One of the last things the salesman said to me, was it's good to go, 'all gassed' up for you. It had a 1/4 tank. (Maybe before the joyride?) Thanks. I'd highly suggest looking elsewhere for an honest, comfortable car buying experience. They'll require you to sign an arbitrator agreement, then the service contract is basically $1400 added. Stay away from the Finance Manager Jennifer Zielke. She'll create fake paperwork, then try to use it as evidence of a discount. More

Absolute worst experience ever trying to purchase a new car. Logan was a great salesman, but unfortunately the rest of the company gets a big fat U for a grade. Nothing but problems, someone dented the new truck (and didn't report it, just put it out in the lot unfinished) before we picked it up & we found out while on the way to get it when Logan called to tell us he found a dent in it. Someone tried waxing it before washing it, they took another week to fix it and then the day we were to pick it up again (2 weeks after we walked in to test drive it) we get another call that the truck is yet again been damaged at the dealer and needs repainting! You can't make this up. That was enough for us. We couldn't continue to purchase this truck with all of the issues this dealer has with their staff that work there. What is happening to these new vehicles on your lot? Is anyone held accountable at all? Our calls were not returned for days when we tried to find out what the status was. This is the worst service I have ever seen at a dealer. No pride in the company they work for and bad customer service. We have purchased several new cars throughout the years, but this was the very first time at Russ Darrow and it will for sure be the last. We canceled our purchase of this new truck because of the many issues with damage and staff. We gave our business to another Dodge dealer who took care of us like family. We walked in and less than 24 hrs later we had our new truck at home with all of the added features we wanted at Darrow. We felt bad that Logan lost out on a good sale, but it is only the fault of the company he works for. More
