Told me my car would be looked at by noon. Was getting tge check engine light checked out. Called 3 times before I got q call back at 4pm to tell me they were backed up from the previous week Was getting tge check engine light checked out. Called 3 times before I got q call back at 4pm to tell me they were backed up from the previous week and my car wouldn't be looked at that day. I used the courtesy shuttle to get home and was told it wasn't available to pick me up to get my car. So I had to Uber back up there to pick my car up that was never checked out. More

Struggling with communication. I had to talk to an AI email service and two sales folks to set up a test drive.
