10/10! After losing multiple vehicles in the Oct. hurricane, attempts to replace our RAM truck were stalled due to limited availability of our trim choice. After losing multiple vehicles in the Oct. hurricane, attempts to replace our RAM truck were stalled due to limited availability of our trim choice. Another dealer had no options after a week. A self-search online showed one may be available over a thousand miles away at Russ Darrow in Wisconsin. We contacted Darrow and within 48 hours our new truck was on its way to Florida! The Russ Darrow team, Clayton, Kevante, Amir, and others worked together to get the deal done despite the distance! More

The dealership added 4 extra charges including a 2,000 plus charge for a protection package they said they put on the vehicle bringing their offered price to over 17,000!! The sales manager said i could not take the paper quoting the offer details with me "for the protection of my personal information" he ridiculously claimed. He told me that cars.com does not allow them to include all those extra charges in the internet quote and as a result it is not their fault the price is do much different! I told the sales manager and a few salespeople nearby that the company was nothing but deceitful and that the customer oriented sales mantra on their office wall was meaningless. They had wasted my time making two trips to the dealership because the prior day when i was there they did not have anybody there that could give me a trade in value for my vehicle even though it was the middle of the day, so they told me i would have to come back the next day. In addition, i made 5 calls to mechanical shops to try to schedule an inspection on the vehicle before i would by it...wasting not only my time but the 5 shops time! For my vehicle which is in excellent shape but has 182000 miles on it, they offered me 500 for it when Kelly Blue Book estimates around 3000. Overall these people are totally deceitful. I will never consider going there again. Then they had the guts to text me the next day and ask me if i was still interested in the vehicle!! I don't do business with a company I don't trust. This experience makes me question any price i see on cars.com!!! I rate the sales manager whose name i do not remember a zero...i rate the company sales dept a zero because they are totally dishonest...and they look you in the eye when they say all of the above xx! I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Russ Darrow Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Milwaukee that epitomizes everything a customer hopes to avoid. From the onset, their customer service was sho Russ Darrow Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Milwaukee that epitomizes everything a customer hopes to avoid. From the onset, their customer service was shockingly subpar, marked by unresponsiveness and a complete lack of empathy. The integrity of this company is questionable at best, as promises were made and subsequently broken without any remorse. Communication breakdowns were a constant theme, with conflicting information provided by different representatives, leading to further frustration and confusion on my end. To add insult to injury, the billing issues I encountered were a nightmare. To my disbelief, I discovered an unauthorized maintenance and warranty package added to my auto loan without prior notification. I made an attempt to cancel these services which added up to roughly $3,500. After waiting 2 months for this process only the $263.00 maintenance package was refunded, but the check did not clear or was cancelled. The inability to process a simple payment, coupled with the subsequent need for my lienholder to intervene, exposed a level of inefficiency that is simply inexcusable. It's disheartening to see a company operate with such disregard for its customers. My experience with Russ Darrow Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Milwaukee is a regrettable journey and is still ongoing through terrible customer service, integrity issues, communication breakdowns, and billing woes. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution and explore alternative options. More

USED CAR BUYER BEWARE! !! EVEN NEW CAR SALES - MAKE SURE THEY DONT ADD ON EXTRA PACKAGES WITHOUT YOUR CONCENT!! long story short - I made an appointment and went into R !! EVEN NEW CAR SALES - MAKE SURE THEY DONT ADD ON EXTRA PACKAGES WITHOUT YOUR CONCENT!! long story short - I made an appointment and went into Russ Darrow on June 5th to see a specific vehicle - 2021 Audi A5. Note: this car was posted online before it was ready to be sold - not even cleaned or gone through safety inspection yet. I was paired with Aleiah Brown as my sale associate. We went through all formalities - test drove the car. My husband and Iiked it. But again, it was not ready to be sold - not only because of the safety inspection, but most importantly, the title had not come in yet. My husband and I were fine with putting a deposit down to hold the vehicle until the title came in. They told us it would be in the following week. We took a final inspection before leaving and noticed there was a crack in the windshield and brought it to the attention of Aleiah - who assured us that it would be fixed when it went through safety and inspection. So we assumed that the windshield would be replaced and she did not specify what our options were. It seemed like she was also in a rush to leave. We left, and & didn't go back in until June 19 - 2 weeks later - saying that we could go get the car and finish paper work. We go in, didn't get the usual car talk. We just sat at Aleiah's desk until they called us. Once we were called to the finance Manager's office, he just told us to "sign here" & "sign here". They didn't ask us before hand if we wanted to add protection packages to our purchase - BUT THEY ADDED IT ANYWAYS. We finished up paper work & went out to take a look at the car. IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED. Even though Aleiah confirmed that it had gone through safety & detailing, it looks the same as when we came to look at it the first time. The Windshield is still also cracked. We brought it to her attention again, & she had another sales associate come and help her - Lucky - the only person who was helpful this day. He came out and took the car back to clean it himself - since it was past 5 & the service team had left for the day. Aleiah had already had her bag on before the car came back & she had left before we left the lot. She then texted us a few days later saying that the windshield had been "fixed" - it was only filled. BIG NOTE: she did not tell us the specifics - like how it was only going to be filled & the windshield would NOT be replaced. Fast-forward, I have contacted the general manager - Bryan Davis - about the windshield and extra packages being added on without my consent. He has agreed to replace the windshield within conditions - but he has not gotten back to me for 3 weeks now. I believe it is just one of those cases where they want me to get "tired" & forget it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RUSS DARROW TO ANYONE - NOT ONLY WILL I SPREAD THE WORD TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY, AS A SMALL BUSSINESS OWNER MYSELF - I WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD THE WORD AND LET ALL OF MY CLIENTS KNOW ABOUT MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This Dealership is shady. Trying to add charges that we did not ask for. Trying to collect extra money from the sale. They definitely are not customer focus. The sales manager Trying to add charges that we did not ask for. Trying to collect extra money from the sale. They definitely are not customer focus. The sales manager and the sales rep we had was very unprofessional. We did ask for another sales guy. I believe his name was lucky he was great to work with and the finance guy was good as well. We did end up buying the vehicle even after the unprofessional that we got from Kenny Goodwin and previous sales guy Joseph Hall because we liked it so much. We drove over 2 hours on Thursday night to pick up vehicle and Kenny Goodwin was so unprofessional and couldn’t even come up to my husband and I that night to thank us for the purchase. They sure didn’t treat us right at all. As the customer you would think the sales manager would at least acknowledge us. That did not happen at all! I would have to say you won’t ever get our business again nor will I refer anyone. I sure hope they don’t treat all customer like that. I caught them trying to add extra charges and this is the way we get treated. The only thing good that night was the customer service that we got from lucky the sales guy and finance guy. My husband and I felt awkward and very uncomfortable at this location due to your sales manager!!! More
