Usually great experience. A little nerve wracking with my spark faulty part in last visit. Service finished w/oil change, brake fluid as and spark plug replacement. After I left the dealership immediately after the turn right on highway 100 my car shook and lights galore showed up for engine and ! Symbol showed up. I understood faulty spark plug but why was there no proper testing done. When I u turn to go back to dealerships I couldn’t even press on the gas to pass it was so slow to move. I felt that was a bit nerve wracking to experience right after service at the dealership not even 1 1/2 mins out. More

While doing oil change, I asked if they could determine why the dashboard LED warning light was on. Appreciate much they made time to troubleshoot which included removing the headlight to discover a loose why the dashboard LED warning light was on. Appreciate much they made time to troubleshoot which included removing the headlight to discover a loose harness…which they tightened. Very much appreciated this as car is just over 1 yr old. Keep up the good work! More
