Eddie, I’m sorry you feel that way. I completely understand how frustrating it was to see the vehicle sell the same day you came in to view it. We truly did want to earn your business, but we couldn’t agree to the $1,000 discount you were requesting as the vehicle was already priced aggressively based on market data. We follow a market-based pricing approach, which means our vehicles are priced competitively from the start to save customers from the back-and-forth of traditional negotiations. When you visited, you had the first opportunity to purchase, and we were transparent in letting you know another customer was waiting to see the vehicle. Ultimately, you decided not to move forward at that time. I understand it was even more disappointing later that day when your wife called ready to purchase and learned the vehicle had already sold. I can appreciate how that added to the frustration, especially because it was a very nice unit at a fair price. While we can’t always adjust pricing beyond our market-based structure, our goal is always to provide a transparent, haggle-free experience and make every customer’s visit a positive one. We’d still be happy to help you find another vehicle that meets your needs and budget, and we’ll do everything we can to make that process a smooth one.
