I arrived at 11 for oil change The girl at counter was terrible she diverted my appointment to 2 hours with her disrespectful attitude she should be removed. My license plate light is broken I have been there 3 times for this only to have lightbulbs replaced that is not the problem it’s the element holding the bulb . Tiffany lied said part was there after my oil change and they would fix it this would be a 45 minute wait . The part was never there and my time wasted by Tiffany. I have had this car 13 months 3 times to fix and still not resolved More

It was my 4th visit for the same problem. 8:30 appt, asked if I was waiting which I was. At 11:30 I checked to see the progress. They hadn't even moved the van from the parking lot.
