After 3-4 calls, I managed to speak with a human in the service dept., and was told to book my appointment online. I called yet another time to get the appointment on the phone. Once I went there for service, everything went smoothly. Susana was very friendly and courteous. She explained the process and set the expectations on the cost. After I checked my car in, all the communication happened via text messaging and I received continuous updates with links to see my service details, invoice, and respond to the agent. It was a pleasant digital experience. Susana was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. I rate her service as excellent!! I really wanted to get the car washed today. The carwash was not available because there is some construction work going on. Hope car wash service is restored by the time I go back next time. I could not believe how unprofessional this group was! Misleading about EV discounts and the Costco offer, they pushed the lease so hard and had 3 men come in to try to "encourage" me to take the deal. Would not step foot back in the Rusnak Volvo dealership to use their restroom facility and let me explain why we would pass on Rusnak for all future dealings. Arranged an appointment to purchase, cash, a 2011 Volvo XC60 with Mr. Farfhid after checking the availibility of vehicle with Gootkin via phone..We explained to Mr Farfhid we are driving out of the area, 2 hours drive and was told this would not be a problem I gave Mr. Farfhid our cell phone number so that we may be kept in contact. Ten minutes out of the dealership, I called Mr. Farfhid and told him we would see him in another 15-20 minutes and his reply was another couple was also coming in to look at the same vehicle, I then replied that we had made an appointment and he replied, "first come, first serve." When we showed up the car had been sold??? We explain our dis-satisfaction wtih the manager. We felt Rusnak behaved in an unprofessional manner. We were essentially used as back-up as Rusnak asked us to remain as they were just running a credit check on the other couple!! Rusnak tag line should read, "we are more concerned with Rusnak satisfaction than that of the consumer." We work in a professional industry and have many professional contacts. We will not be recommending Rusnak Volvo for your car purchasing needs. This story; however, does have an happy ending. We purchased an idenitical Volvo with more options,leather..nav...climate pkg...etc.,6,000 fewer miles for just one percent over price and Auto Nation of Irvin Volvo who keep their appointments and word..washed, vacumed and place car on hold with sign...and we purchased for cash...We would highly recommend Auto Nation of Irvin for all your Volvo needs. I'm not one to write reviews, but this team of professionals warrants my time and accolades! I was interested in a pre-owned Hyundai Genesis they featured on the internet, and when I arrived to t professionals warrants my time and accolades! I was interested in a pre-owned Hyundai Genesis they featured on the internet, and when I arrived to test drive the vehicle I was met by Ron Stephens, a friendly and sincere salesman who actually gave me a checklist of items I should evalute on the car, encouraged me to ask all the questions I could think of, didn't engage in the mindless chatter I had come to expect from a car salesman, and flat out said that if I didn't love the vehicle, I shouldn't buy it! He very methodically stepped through the negotiation process and not once did I feel intimidated. He even bought my teenage daughter something to eat while I waited to sign the sales contract. The next day when I returned with the check, Ron Wheeler, General Manager, stopped by just to extend his hospitality and make sure I was happy, as did Terrance, the Service Manager who also know a whole lot about the car I had just bought and responded the following day to my phone querry regarding use of the ISB port. This team of professionals is top drawer. Go see them, especially if you are in the market for a Volvo, and if you have a used Volvo to trade in, they will give you 10% over Bluebook for it! I live in Santa Clarita and it was worth the drive to Thousand Oaks :) More
