Denis Kenny - Denis earns a five star rating. He was available, responsive, but not pushy. He was knowledgeable, patient with my lack of tech skills, answered our questions, knows a lot about Volvos and other cars.

Solid service during purchase. My Issues arose after I leased my vehicle and inventoried it at home. I was missing some small items and notified my sales agent. My agent, Konst My Issues arose after I leased my vehicle and inventoried it at home. I was missing some small items and notified my sales agent. My agent, Konstantin, failed to stick to his word and secure the missing parts. Even after I reported it to him on 3 occasions. While he returned my texts, he never followed through and ensured the parts department actually mailed the missing items. I had to purchase the parts myself. Luckily, it was only a couple plastic cigarette lighter covers worth only $12. But imagine if I needed missing parts or service worth hundreds of dollars and Konstantin and Roznak Volvo didn't follow through. If they are too cheap or busy to follow through on small issues, I doubt they will follow through on big issues. Buyer beware! More
