I searched the BMW USA pre-owned listings and came across a 535i. An appointment was confirmed with Claude Cantin and the journey began. By my choice, the sales process took eight days from the appointment to the first test drive on to the pick-up of the car. Throughout the entire time my conversations with Claude were professional and service oriented.
