They notified me regarding the oil leak told me what I needed to do to fix it how much it would be and gave me an accurate precise time frame for the completed work. They also gave me a courtesy car with no hesitation or hidden fees. My service advisor, Zach, was amazing! I will buy my next BMW at Rusnak Westlake because of Zach and my recent experience here!
