everyrhing requested was done in one day I got a ride home by the BMW shuttle after dropping off my car in the morning. Two recall items were repaired and I also got an oil and filter service I got a ride home by the BMW shuttle after dropping off my car in the morning. They were all busy either on the phone or with customers and my car was ready after a routine checkup. I think the move to NOT staff the cashier's desk was unfortunate and not in the customers best interest. If we had additional questions about the repair I would ask to speak to a service rep. More
