Honestly, by far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had - would work with Rex at Rusnak again in a heartbeat. My salesperson, Rex, was so on top of everything - trying to make me a fair deal, sending me all of the pictures and information I needed, coordinating shipping, etc. In a world full of shady dealerships, Rusnak bucks that trend. In my opinion(and I only do this every few years so what do I know) I wish that the beginning of the finance period we could have reviewed the numbers- just an acknowledgement of where things stood and before I started signing off my existing car and before the new lease was established. I also had a scheduled appointment and perhaps they could streamline things so the wait is shortened. But the actual sales person and trade in person 10/10. More

It surely was though. I was shopping for a few yr used vehicles and was told they only sell excellent lease returns and I could tell when I got to see the car.
