I was in the market for a pre-driven vehicle, I gave my sales person a price range I was comfortable with, he texted me many options well below and just slightly above my price range. The day I came in to test drive he had three very nice vehicles warmed up and ready for me to go. We went over the pros and cons of each vehicle and I made my choice. A choice I am extremely happy with. My sales person Donovan went above and beyond even offering me a ride the day of to pick up my vehicle. He even went in on his schedule day off to make sure everything went smoothly in the finance department and I could drive away happy that same day! More
Was good until my car broke 3 weeks after I bought it I had a great experience buying my car at Runde and liked working with Tim at first. About 3 weeks after I bought my vehicle I had my check engine lig I had a great experience buying my car at Runde and liked working with Tim at first. About 3 weeks after I bought my vehicle I had my check engine light come on. Tim basically made it sound like it wasn't his problem and there was nothing he could or would do to help. The fix for my car was expensive. I know that is a risk you take when you buy a used car but having had it for such a short time and putting almost no miles on it I thought maybe Runde would be willing to help but that apparently was not the case. I will never return to this dealership! More
Attentive salesman. Fair price. Chris was a very attentive salesman. He replied to all emails quickly and efficiently. Although we had a tire blow out and the back hatch won’t open while owning the car less than a week, we are hopeful we have worked out the bugs. Our fingers are crossed the odometer mishap had been taken care of since Runde assures us the proper paperwork has been filed with the state. We would do business with this dealership again. More

Please go elsewhere if you want good customer service after you purchase a vehicle. I have never had a worse experience in getting a dealership to take care of an issue that was identified prior to purch after you purchase a vehicle. I have never had a worse experience in getting a dealership to take care of an issue that was identified prior to purchase. This is what happened. I drove two hours to purchase a vehicle from Runde. I purchased a 2011 Chevy Colorado from the pre-driven lot. When I test drove the car there was major condensation in the front passenger headlight. I was not going to proceed with the purchase, but the salesman said it would go away, and even new cars do that. When I asked what if it doesn’t, he said he would take care of it. In addition, when I test drove the truck it had less then 1/8th of tank of gas. I was taken back when I actually had to ask for some gas, since I was spending that much money. When I asked for gas, I was filled to less than half a tank an not even enough to get me the 2 hrs home. This vehicle was supposed to have gone through inspection, but when I got home I noticed the brake fluid was low and windshield wiper fluid bone dry. I hassled for two weeks on trying to get the dealership to send the parts to a local dealership so it was convenient for me to stop by and have them headlights installed. I even discussed with the owner and still would not do it. What they did is send a driver down to pick up my vehicle. I didnt want this because who knows how it was treated and didnt want the extra miles added. I also felt they would stick me with gas as it was an issue when I purchased. Since this was my only option I had to do it. And guess what happened!!! They returned the vehicle on empty. Not even enough to get me out of town.. $45 worth of my gas to fix their issue!!! So I email all 5 owners letting them know that it was pretty poor business tactics to not return my truck with the same amount of gas they picked it up with. Do you think at least one of the owners would at least respond to my email. I figured it may have been an oversite and they would send me a $50 visa card or something to make up for it. NOPE not one of them even responded to my email. I normally would not take the time to tell of this experience. But I feel strongly that spending thousands of dollars you should be treated like a custumer they would want back. Most dealerships charge about the same for similar vehicles. Might as well go to a dealership that will treate you well even after you sign the papers. More
