I had such a great experience at Runde. My car was recently totaled and I needed a car fairly quick. Unlike other dealerships I went to, Runde made me feel like there was no rush and went over everything with me so I knew I made the right choice and got the best price, before signing anything! Matt did amazing job making sure my car was all ready for me and everything was set up, and even answered questions I had days after I left and checked up on the car a few days later to make sure everything was going smoothly with the car. Not my best car buying experience. Was fine until we agreed to purchase the car. Then it was like we didn't matter. The car needed a repair before we picked it up. We had to wait over an hour to complete the pick up. This is the last vehicle I will buy from this dealership. More
