I've had the pleasure of working with Desiree and sometimes Amber. Great communication. Don't know the names of mechanics, but they always do a wonderful job. Both service advisers that I dealt with were bad, unprofessional and gave me the impression that they did not want to deal with the issue that I had taken the car in for. The issue with my Volkswagen unprofessional and gave me the impression that they did not want to deal with the issue that I had taken the car in for. The issue with my Volkswagen Taos remains the same. My car is a year old with 6,000 miles on it and under full warranty but only a visual inspection of the issue was conducted. I’m pretty dissatisfied with the service I received and will likely go to another Volkswagen dealership within town to correct the issue. More
