I was there for an oil change and tire rotation, Emily got me in and out in less than 40 minutes. This has always been the case when I do an oil change. Some reasons: 1) Promptness - getting routine service done quickly 2) Specialization - I had a number of questions about the software and electronics on my seven month old Prius Prime. My service manager called in the shop foreman who is also the technical expert on these things. He really knew his way around the user interface and showed me several things I hadn't found and explained some other behaviors I hadn't figured out. And I'm pretty technical. I did have one puzzler that he'd never heard of. His response was appropriate: "If you ever figure it out, let me know". A great technician takes an INTEREST in things like this. 3) Going the "Extra Mile" - I noticed one of your lead service managers helping a fellow customer by attempted to deal with some very minor body surface issues. I had some paint scuffs from an unfortunate encounter with another vehicle's (large) tire. I asked him if he'd take a look at my problem. He did and demonstrated use of a marvelous product - "California Gold Scratch Remover". It worked for my case and I promptly bought a bottle to finish the job with. 4) Comfort - Royal Moore's customer waiting area is first class. Everyone I encountered was very nice and professional. I had an oil change and tires rotated. Service was quick, didn’t have to spend the whole day there. My advisor, Alex Rom listened to my questions and concerns. Most importantly, Alex got back to me on all of them! Very refreshing that I wasn’t pressured or talked into extra maintenance that I didn’t need. I left there feeling like my car was well taken care of too. Another bonus, their price was lower the other Toyota Service Centers near or around Portland. 3% is charged for using a credit card, but they do accept checks to avoid the fee. Even with the added charge, their price is still lower. I will definitely go back for future maintenance and repairs. More
