I bought new car in July last year. It is now May. Despite multiple phone calls to receive promised second key, I still do not have one. I kept being told to get the app (which I had) and I would be notified when my key was in. Then I found out at the dealer on a service visit that there is a “ list” to be on and I needed approval form so that I would not have to pay for something I already paid for when purchasing a new car. Royal Moore dropped the ball. My service representative was thorough, efficient and did all that he could to help me with this issue. In fact, he has been the best person I have encountered at your business. More
