Went in for service the manager by the name of Ryan Velasquez was the guy taking care of me, over the phone he gave me a price and when I got their to drop off the vehicle he had another guy take care Velasquez was the guy taking care of me, over the phone he gave me a price and when I got their to drop off the vehicle he had another guy take care of me because he had messed up with the price, I go to Ryan's office blows me away and tells me to talk to another manager that he passed on my services to him very rude disrespectful one of the reasons why I am not going back and sad to say it's my 3rd truck that I buy the last one being a 2500 HD denali off the show room when it first got their. It sucks how u walk in to buy a vehicle and everybody is all over you but when something is wrong with the vehicle totally ignored. Very poor service on Ryan's behalf. More

On 3/12/2024 I was passing through Tucson in a newly purchased 2024 Yukon XL when I experienced a Google maps failure. I wasn’t able to determine the problem due to the failure of my Las Vegas dealersh purchased 2024 Yukon XL when I experienced a Google maps failure. I wasn’t able to determine the problem due to the failure of my Las Vegas dealership to include a owners manual at my time of purchase. Amanda and Susan were amazing fixing my problem, showing me how to prevent it from happening again, and walking me through the correct methods of turning on other driver convenience functions that my purchasing dealer totally omitted explaining. Experiencing their level of competence has made me wish I could be a Royal customer when I make my next purchase. More
