Wife saw a Pathfinder online that she liked. Called up and they had it on the lot. No pressure on the phone. A price was agreed upon and everything was smooth. They were super accomodating to work with our schedules for pickup. This place is usually very good, however, my most recent trip, my total vehicle check came back with an item that "needs immediate attention" - something that, in looking at my records, was grossly overdue trip, my total vehicle check came back with an item that "needs immediate attention" - something that, in looking at my records, was grossly overdue for service, and the staff neglected to tell me about (very unusual). When I asked the staff about it, I was told that "I would be fine" (atypical for this place), and it was not offered to me for them to take care of it while I was there. I felt somewhat pushed out of the dealership. I guess I will have to take care of this elsewhere. More
