Through her efforts, my vehicle was ready for pick-up the next day by mid-afternoon. With respect to the actual purchase, Sam and Teren worked with me to arrive at an agreement that I was comfortable with. From the walk through the door to the day of picking up the new Rogue, Fifi was there, making sure that everything was perfect. Kimberly followed up with us during the week to make sure that we did not have any issues or questions. Kimberly also offered to set up a time to come back to the dealership and go over everything thoroughly, to make sure we were comfortable with the operations of the car. It was really nice not getting the usual pressured new car experience. More
