Route 60 Hyundai is the worst dealership I purchased a Hyundai Elantra at Route 60 Hyundai. After all the papers were signed I realized that they charged me $3,355 over the sticker price. I I purchased a Hyundai Elantra at Route 60 Hyundai. After all the papers were signed I realized that they charged me $3,355 over the sticker price. I immediately contacted my salesman who told me via text that it was a mistake, that I was 100% right and that it would be corrected - and it was not the way the dealership did business. When I went back the general manager and finance person tried to say that this wasn't the amount I paid at the end even though it is clearly stated on the contract (in fact there are two different amounts on two different documents). They would not correct the documents and would not admit that they did a bait and switch. I wrote to the owners of the dealership and have heard nothing back - they just don't care. I have contacted the Florida Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau since this is fraudulent activity. I will not rest until I get my money back. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP - THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! More
