$245.00 PER HOUR SERVICE COST! OUTRAGES. TO CHANGE AN OIL SENSING UNIT COST $700.00. I COULD HAVE BOUGHT ONE AT AUTOZONE FOR $12.00 AND HAD IT INSTALLED FOR $250.0 AT MY REGULAR AUTO SHOP. LAST TIME I GO TO HYUNDAI.
I traded in a 2025 Tucson for a leased KONA mainly to pay off the financing on the Tucson. Nine days later, there was no sign of the payoff, not even in the “pipeline” according to Hyundai Finance AND I was delinquent for the payment that was due. When I called the dealer to complain - they would not let me speak with anyone in finance so I went to the dealership. They were ready for me and told me that they had JUST NOW made the payoff but they normally do not do that for two weeks or more. I asked if they told me that the day of the transaction and they said no that was not disclosed. I am applying for a mortgage – the lack of the payoff and the delinquent payment is not good for that.
I have owned my Santa Fe since 2022 and have had great service from Route 60 Hyundai ever since that time. All of the service staff I have worked with have been excellent and I can highly recommend the dealership for not only giving you a good deal on a quality automobile when you purchase there, but also whenever you need the maintenance to keep it running well. Thanks to all the personnel in the service staff for taking care of my Santa Fe, and also my wife's Sonata. Great Job!
Don't buy a car here, the employees are very good but the owner is arrogant. There are better places to buy a car.
One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a new car. They were fast, efficient and I loved the first car I drove and looked at. Everything was done in just 2 hours. Drove off the lot happy. They also scheduled a window tint install because it was part of the package and had not been done yet. The car arrived the same morning. Victory Landry was awesome! She told me about all the features, and some more I didn’t know about until we were test driving the car. I was impressed by her professionalism and desire to get me what I wanted. I was also able to speak with the owner and he was very understanding about a very small issue with the plastic on the edge of the trunk lid. and the overall cleanliness (Lack of) upon receiving the car. It will all be corrected at the same time the tint is installed. I will continue to buy from them in the future.
Purchase a 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz Night from this Dealership. Had been to two other Hyundai dealers and they were not dealing. Had spoken to Route 60 and was going to give them another shot at selling me a vehicle. Mikayla was my first contact and was upfront in pricing I saw advetised. She passed me along to Fred and gave him the information on my trade. This was all done either through text and phone calls. We settled on the trade allowance and price of vehicle before my arrival. Upon arrival I was me t by Whitt who handled the sale from this point on. He took my keys for my trade and inspected it. From here Hannah handled the paperwork and finance work with no pressure to take any additional purchases. Whitt took me to my car after it came out from being prepped and went over the vehicles features. All in all a great sale from start to Finish. No haggling and no I have to talk to the sales manager first. Best experience I have had in a car dealership in a long time.
