The finance guy on the other hand tried to slip in all kinds of supplemental insurance plans on the keys, wheels and paint. I saw right through that and had them removed from my deal. Would highly recommend anyone to stop and see Chris if ever they are seeking a new or used vehicle at Rte 60 Hyundai He is very professional, truly wears his heart on his sleeve about the passion of his position with the company. Was very very impressed with such a young individual. We also dealt with Cody regarding our financing package. He was extremely thorough as well, covered everything clearly and concisely and it was a true pleasure being in his hands for our purchase. We had the opportunity to meet and chat with staff while awaiting paperwork and vehicle. Those that were there the night of our purchase were pleasant and greeted us warmly - although we did not experience personal attention except for Chris and Cody. cannot say enough good things about them! A general comment: Once home, we learned we could "like" Route 60 on Facebook. Very concerned about reading the very negative comments and experiences of those posted. The proof will be in the pudding so to speak once we need to return for our routine maintenance, how well service is and how thorough. The dealership offers a lot of perks and services which I would not have expected. Time will tell of our full opinion Hoping they come through with all guarantees and services outlined in their new purchase package. If true, we are thrilled. If not, well that remains to be seen. Fantastic dealership - World class car buying! As many usually dread the task of car shopping, I ventured out on a hot Saturday to take on this task. Upon arriving at the dealership I was courteous As many usually dread the task of car shopping, I ventured out on a hot Saturday to take on this task. Upon arriving at the dealership I was courteously greeted by a salesperson who assisted me with finding the vehicle I was interested in. He took time to listen and ask what my needs were, rather than pressuring me to look at other options. We test drove the vehicle on a pleasant drive where he took time to explain all the features of the car. When we returned we pleasantly discussed the cost of the vehicle and to my surprise, the sales person and manager was very easy to negotiate with, fulfilling all of my requests to ensure I was happy with this transaction. Since the exact color of the vehicle was not on the lot, they secured the vehicle from another dealer in less than 24 hrs. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I met with the financing manager which again to my surprise was a no pressure, pleasant transaction. In fact I brought my 16 yr old son along to learn about the car buying process and the finance manager graciously took time to explain everything and answer questions so my son could learn and understand the process. And lastly, before I left the sales person took time to show me how to use all the features in the car and even paired my phone with the car. He has continued to follow up after the sale to make sure I was happy and see if I had any questions. This is what I call world class car buying with excellent service! More
