Nightmare Experience I purchased a used car from Subaru 46. I found the dealership to be Incompetent,Misleading & Dishonest. I purchased the car with a warranty & guarante I purchased a used car from Subaru 46. I found the dealership to be Incompetent,Misleading & Dishonest. I purchased the car with a warranty & guarantee to pass inspection. A couple of weeks later waiting for the plates to come in the check engine light comes on. I spoke with the Sales Manager & agreed it was the Dealerships fix. But when it came to fixing the problem the Sales Manager would not return my phone calls. I had my mechanic fix the problem at my expense. Also they told us our plates & registration would take 3 weeks. After 6 weeks still no plates now driving the car illegal & unregistered they finally give me a dealer plate to hold us over. 10 weeks after the purchase the plates & registration finally come still no title. Only bright spot for the dealership was Josh our sales rep. who was helpful throughout the process. I've done business with several dealerships over the years this one was by far the worst. No referrals for this one. More

Victor made the car buying experience very comfortable In September 2014 I began the search for a new car to replace my 07 equinox. I rapidly came to the conclusion I wanted the new 2015 Subaru Legacy for In September 2014 I began the search for a new car to replace my 07 equinox. I rapidly came to the conclusion I wanted the new 2015 Subaru Legacy for all the features/mpg/reliability I knew it would bring me. We already had an '03 Forester in the family and were very happy with that car which was our first Subaru. After some initial drives, etc all of which were very comfortable & not 'pushy' in any way it came time to make the deal. Of course in the internet age you can do all the research you want to get avg pricing/dealer invoice/etc/etc which of course I did. Bottom line - the deal was very fair and infact I not only bought the new Legacy which I love (especially the improved MPG all while still getting AWD) but we also replaced the 03 Forester with a new '15 Forester for my wife (though this one we leased). We worked all the financing & trade-ins through Subaru 46. We hit out budget numbers and are very happy. I fully endorse/recommend Subaru 46 and Victor for a great sales experience. In fact, I'm bring in the Legacy for the 1st oil change today which prompted/reminded me to write this review. More
