Excellent Experience OF all the dealerships I have dealt with this is by far the best. Went in to purchase a new crosstrex and was greeted by Victor. After talking about the car and prices etc. I knew this was going to be a good experience. It wasn't your typical dealership where you have to go back and forth 10 times to crush numbers. We were able to talk to Nicolette and learn about warranties etc. and was able to make a deal. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. Even bought the car late on a Friday night and they tole me they owed me a free dealing as there was no time for it to be done. Another great incentive was free oil changes for life. I look forward to going back here to get an oil change and be in such nice company. I cannot speak enough about this place and totally recommend it for all your subaru needs. More

He was very knowledgeable and honest in his approach with the process and how things 'really' worked. He also had a great sense of humor and we got along very well in an efficient manner. Joe was also very enthusiastic, genuine and really wanted to ensure I was looked after with my purchase. Nicolette, the manager was also very charming and good at what she does. My only suggestion to her is to ensure to shake the customers hand and say thank you for your business at the end of the deal. A minor point not to blemish a very good customer experience, they also want to make the dealership a place a welcoming place for after care as well. More
