Subaru Impreza I was recently looking for a vehicle to replace my SUV that served me well for over 200k miles. I needed something reliable, affordable and not lacking luster in terms of character. Prior to going to Subaru 46, I visited dealerships for every make and model you could imagine short of Bugatti and Maserati (they're on my list for when I hit the lottery). The conversations often led to a salesperson steering me directly to a vehicle that far exceeded my clearly stated price range or one which did not meet my standards. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. I am not easily sold. No dealer was able to work with me like Zak Elborj at Subaru 46. He not only presented me an offer unmatched elsewhere, but he also got me into a car that hit all the marks. I was truly impressed. 100% recommend this dealer! More

Sales manager and associate was not strait forward! Sales team would not tell me the difference between the credit I'd get for my current (turn-in) car and the cost of the new car! They repeatedly said Sales team would not tell me the difference between the credit I'd get for my current (turn-in) car and the cost of the new car! They repeatedly said it would only cost me $360 per month. Never got strait answers. When it became clear that I would not commit to spending an unknown total additional amount for a new car, the associate asked for the keys to my current car conveying they needed them to evaluate the value of my car and gave them to the manager. I believe he kept them to prevent me from leaving until he came out of his office to pressure me into a purchase. Sales team is unprofessional and unethical. More

I recently was in the market for two cars one for my wife and one for myself. We shopped at Subaru, Honda, GMC, Chevy all on rt46 and Towne Toyota in ledgewood. The sales people were polite and knoledgable of the products however, the process to purchase was very unorganized and awkward. First I was dealing with Chad then Jack then Irena then the managment team(most dealers have this step in the process) Secondly I was left out in the parking lot for over 15minutes twice by the sales rep, at the time I was unaware that they was in the middle of helping another family. But an excuse me I have to answer/help another family would have been nice and prevented me from getting upset about waiting. Subaru's are hard to beat in safety, affordability, reliability, resale however, the service here is not. I have now purchased 3 new vehicles of which I am familur with the buying process enough to say they can do a lot better as other dealerships in the area have. I still would recommend the brand Subaru just not the people. More

I'd Buy From Here Again We went to Subaru 46 in the hopes of getting a good deal on both a new Outback and a used car for my daughter. We explained to the saleperson (Zak) w We went to Subaru 46 in the hopes of getting a good deal on both a new Outback and a used car for my daughter. We explained to the saleperson (Zak) what we were trying to accomplish. We test drove several used cars and settled on a used car. We also did our usual test driving of the 2017 Outback. Once we made the decision to buy, Zak was able to work a deal that we were comfortable. Subaru 46 was able to give me a great price for my trade against the used car while coming down to a good price on it, keeping our out of pocket $$ where we needed it. They also worked a great price for the new car and option packages. When we picked up the used car, it was detailed to look almost new. The new Outback was, as expected, pristine. Everyone at Subaru 46 was friendly and very helpful. Going forward, should we be in the market for another Subaru, Subaru 46 will be our first stop. More

Low Key Sales Diane Kolias was low key, no sales pitch, you decide which was refreshing. My fiance and I bought two cars that day. One Imprezza for her son - on yhe down side we did not know that the right front bumper wasn't attached due to a minior accudent. She didn't get such a goid deal - but really wanted the awd for her son. I wasn't planning on buying a Subaru that day but the manager showed us an Outback and we got a goid deal on that one - Carfax showed an accident so we wete aware of that which lowered the price within my budget. Overall I would still reccomend Diane if you want a no pressure experience, which I appreciated. More
