I have been servicing my current Subaru here for some time now. So, I decide purchased my second Subaru...I am glad I decided to give the sales team here at Subaru 46 a try! Not honest, add on all sorts of unnecessary charges. The salesman, Jonathan, was great, but finance man lied and lied. Insisted financing that was clearly advertised on TV was not available for the Leg The salesman, Jonathan, was great, but finance man lied and lied. Insisted financing that was clearly advertised on TV was not available for the Legacy and when I got home, at least three times that same afternoon I saw the commercial that said it was. I know we're at the tail end of leftover time and found the car I wanted, but preferred to buy instead of lease because I know a Subaru will last a long time. After I agreed to the car, added on several charges that finance person insisted were necessary because I was leasing....Found out from other Subaru dealers that none of this was true. Several friends mentioned they are also thinking of moving to a Subaru...advised them not to go to Hackettstown. Since leasing the car, other Subaru owners have described the same negative experiences with this dealership. When this lease is up I will get another Subaru, but definitely not here! More
