I am a 62 year old man working 10 hours a day and list my car and needed a new one and found a car online and called route 44 Toyota and got a price and online sales man emailed me the car description and t car and needed a new one and found a car online and called route 44 Toyota and got a price and online sales man emailed me the car description and total price. I drive 30 minutes after work at 6:10 pm to go see the car and when I got there and chose the car and when I was about finish the purchase a sales manager by the name of A.B. Granillo came and said the price I was given is not correct and wanted to raise the price. This should not be allowed by the owners. Taking advantage of The consumer should not be allowed. I will continue to report this act to GOV agencies and all media to make sure this doesn’t happen to others. More

High pressure and unprofessional I recently had an accident and was looking at options to replace my truck in case it was determined to be a total loss. I made it very clear that I was not looking to purchase immediately, but was looking at all options. I do a lot of towing and camping. I was only trying to get vehicle information and rough monthly payments for comparison. 1 young man (new employee) was understanding and tried to do his best to listen. He was assisted by another sales person. I found the 2nd person to be very pushy and did not listen to what we were looking to accomplish. He did not treat us professionally in any fashion. The 2nd sales person kept talking down to the young man and would never give us a straight answer. He kept adding pressure to purchase. When I informed him of our feeling of pressure, he brushed it off. I then said we were done and he stated we were done before we started. I will never recommend this facility to anyone for any reason. More
